I thought I would explain how I got the Custom Post Type for my portfolio section to work. While I got the code from a tutorial, getting the pagination to work on the Custom Post Type page was frustrating. After hours or searching and trial and error I finally got it to work.
Wow, when it comes to my own projects I really take my time. I’m sure people were wondering when I was going to get my site back up and running. It’s been down since I went on maternity leave 2 years ago!
I literally went through several designs, some were coded while others were just concepts. I would then change my mind and come up with a completely different layout. Then there was the computer crash where I lost all my work and had to start all over again.
